The room on the upper level. A roll in shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets were very handy. Excellent location and overall the staff was attentive and caring.

It had a quiet atmosphere and the location was marvellous. I truly enjoyed new-fashioned room with books and a pullout sofa, for instance, and amazingly nice staff.

Everyone who works in the hotel is attentive and helpful. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with an electric fireplace as well as a teenybalcony--water view and care about everyone. The cost is US$ 123. It has a combination of a great service and a quiet ambience.

Enjoyed South Yarmouth, the hotel was incredibly beautiful to the Cape for the first time. The location was stunning and unbeatable, so close to great restaurants as well as the Island bakery. Also, Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf was 2 miles away.

Overall very pleasant stay for an April vacation. Tidy hotel in a nice building short walk to great restaurants and shopping, theater-flee market, and a nice beach. Romantic, newly remodelled room available with a couch and books, for instance. Stunning location in the midst of a historically significant residential area of South Yarmouth, nice pool.
